At Clothing India, we strive to ensure you love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Pack the Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all invoices, price tags, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your doorstep within 48 hours of your request approval; please ensure you collect the pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once the items reach our warehouse, they will undergo a quality inspection, and upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
